Under the direction of Melissa Kelley, Ph.D., Faculty Director of Contextual Education, Weston Jesuit provides:

1. Negotiation, assessment, and evaluation of various practica, including the required Professional Ministry Practicum, the recommended Theological Reflection Practicum, the elective Advanced Professional Ministry Practicum, and the elective Diaconate Practicum
2. Opportunities for theological reflection on ministry
3. Supervision and administration of all M.Div. and Th.M. (option B) ministry requirements for degree candidacy
4. Ministerial advising for all Weston Jesuit students
5. Training and accompaniment of supervisors/mentors in the Boston area
