> Master of Arts in Spiritual Direction (M.A.)
A two-year program for individuals who have previous experience as spiritual directors, designed to help them refine and develop their pastoral skills.

> Master of Theology (Th.M.)
A one-year advanced program for students who have earned the M.Div., designed for men preparing for ordination and lay persons seeking to deepen and focus their theological knowledge and ministerial practice.

> Licentiate in Sacred Theology (S.T.L.)
A two-year advanced program for students who have earned the Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology (S.T.B.) or the M.Div., and wish to specialize in a particular branch of theology to develop advanced theological expertise. The S.T.L. is the second cycle ecclesiastical degree. Graduates often serve in official capacities within dioceses and religious communities, and teach theology in institutions of higher learning, seminaries, and diocesan schools.

> Doctor of Sacred Theology (S.T.D.)
The third cycle ecclesiastical degree, the S.T.D. is for students who have completed the S.T.L. degree. The program aims to form scholars who combine broad knowledge of the tradition, expertise in a particular area, and the ability to do original research in their chosen field. The S.T.D. is the ecclesiastical equivalent of the Ph.D. and enables one to teach in an ecclesiastical faculty.
