To request a change from one degree program to another at Weston Jesuit, a student must submit the following to the Admissions Office: (1) application for change of program and written statement of purpose giving the reasons for the program change; (2) a recommendation from his/her advisor; (3) recommendations from two faculty members with whom the student has completed at least one course.
The recommendation form for changing programs may be obtained from the Admissions Office. Once these materials have been received, they will be brought before the Admissions Committee for review. A decision will be made by the Committee either approving or denying the request for change of program. The student will be notified of the Committee’s decision by the Director of Admissions.
Students who wish to transfer from special student status to degree status can apply to the degree only the same total amount of credits that they would be allowed to transfer from another school.
