Payment of Fees
Tuition and other fees are due at the time of fall semester registration and by January 15 for spring semester. A late fee of $100 will be assessed to any student paying tuition after the due dates. Students who pay tuition over the course of the semester will be assessed a $50 financing fee. Students who apply for federal financial assistance late, and thus receive a loan check late, will be assessed the $50 finance fee, and will also be required to pay a $500 deposit toward payment of their tuition and fees. If semester fees and tuition have not been paid by the semester’s end, the student will not be permitted to register for the following semester and no transcript will be issued.
REFUND POLICY
Weston Jesuit provides all instruction on an academic semester basis. Tuition refunds will be granted only through the first four weeks of a semester when specific conditions are met. Refunds are processed by the Business Office in accordance with the refund schedule given below. The official date of Add/Drop or Withdrawal is the date logged by the advising system when a Faculty Advisor or the Registrar enters the change. The official date determines the refund amount. Non-attendance in a class does not constitute withdrawal from that class. The tuition deposit and registration fee are non-refundable.
Tuition Refund Schedule
Students who formally withdraw will have their tuition refunded at the following rate:
