Weston Jesuit offers a vibrant and rich liturgical life. The Eucharist as the center and summit of Christian life also sustains the school worship community. The Chapel on the first floor of the 5 Phillips Building is available to students for private and group prayer throughout the day.
Daily liturgy is offered Monday through Thursday at 12:15 pm at the St. John’s Chapel. Friday liturgy is held at the 5 Phillips Chapel. When school is not in session, daily liturgy is held at 12:15 pm at the 5 Phillips Chapel. The Wednesday liturgy is the center of the Weston Jesuit worship life. This service is usually attended by most students, faculty, and staff, with a small lunch offered afterwards for shared fellowship.
During the Advent and Lent seasons, morning prayer at 8:00 am is offered at the 5 Phillips Chapel. Additionally, other opportunities for shared liturgy with the Jesuit Community in Cambridge are held at St. Peter’s Church on Garden Street several times during the semester.
